All prices are in US dollars. Products and prices can change at any time without notice. We sell and ship within the United States only.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we send a confirmation or ship it. We may decline, limit, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, or stock issues. By ordering, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Payment

Payment is collected at checkout by secure third-party payment processors. You authorize the charge for your full order total, including tax and shipping. We never store your full card details.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by factors beyond our control. Risk in the products passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Full timings and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and cancellations

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: a 50-day return window from delivery, items back in original condition, return postage paid by you, and approved refunds issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of passing inspection. Orders can be cancelled until they are processed or shipped; after that, the return process applies.

Content you give us

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you keep ownership of it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and display it in connection with our business. Do not submit anything unlawful or anything that is not yours to share. We may remove content at our discretion.

Our property

The Wolf & Coat name, logo, site design, copy, and imagery belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, republish, or exploit any of it without our written permission.

Third-party services

The site may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wolf & Coat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of any law or third-party right.

Disputes, arbitration, and class waiver

If an issue comes up, contact us first. Most matters are resolved quickly by email. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and, where permitted by law, resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to bring or participate in a class action. Either of us may bring an eligible claim in small claims court instead.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where arbitration does not apply, the courts located in Colorado have jurisdiction.

General

• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect
• Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours
• These Terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us
• We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version in force, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
