Wolf & Coat is a small outerwear house. We keep a short range of jackets, choose each one with care, and price it straight.

This page is the long version of a short idea: buy fewer coats, buy warmer ones, and deal with a shop that answers its email.

A small range is a form of attention. When the list is short, every jacket gets looked at twice before it earns a page on this site.

We ask the same questions of each one. Does it hold warmth? Does it shed weather? Would we wear it on the worst morning of February? If the answer wavers, it leaves the range.

We set a fair price and hold it. No invented was-prices, no countdown clocks, no games at the checkout.

We stand behind every order the same way. Tracked delivery, returns without restocking fees, and straight answers when you write.

Wolf & Coat is run from Aspen, Colorado, where winter is not a season so much as a housemate. The founders grew up with it. That is the whole origin story: cold mornings, good coats, and a low tolerance for nonsense. Our jackets are chosen and tested against real winters, and priced like we expect to see you again.
